Modern Slavery Statement

About This Statement

365 Business Finance Limited t/a 365 Finance operates in the UK and, through its subsidiary Rev&U Europe Limited, in the Republic of Ireland, providing revenue-based business finance and merchant cash advances to small and medium-sized enterprises. Our core activities are SME funding, underwriting and related technology operations.

This statement is published pursuant to section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps 365 Finance has taken during the financial year ended 31 December 2026 to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in its business and supply chains.

365 Finance has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings, and to putting in place effective systems and controls as our business grows to ensure modern slavery is not taking place in our own business or in our supply chains.

This statement applies to all persons working for us or on our behalf, including employees, directors, contractors and business partners.

Governance and Oversight

The Board of Directors has overall responsibility for this statement and for ensuring the Company meets its obligations under the Act. The Legal Team has day-to-day oversight of its implementation. Managers are responsible for ensuring staff in their teams are aware of this statement.

Queries or concerns relating to modern slavery can be directed to legal@365finance.co.uk

Recruitment and Employment

All employees are subject to right-to-work checks prior to joining, and are recruited only through reputable, regulated recruitment agencies. We do not currently provide staff training specifically on modern slavery, but plan to introduce awareness training for relevant staff during the next financial year.

Our Approach to Policy

We do not currently have a standalone anti-slavery and human trafficking policy but are committed to developing one. In the meantime, our approach is supported by our existing whistleblowing and recruitment policies. Employees and third parties can raise concerns confidentially, and without fear of retaliation, through our whistleblowing process.

Our Suppliers and Third Parties

Our supply chain is not complex. It is primarily comprised of technology and software vendors, professional advisory firms, marketing and lead-generation agencies, introducers, and office/facilities providers.

We do not currently operate a formal supplier vetting or screening process for modern slavery risk beyond standard commercial due diligence, though we intend to introduce a basic supplier questionnaire during the next financial year.

Assessing Our Risk Exposure

365 Finance does not operate in a sector typically associated with high inherent modern slavery risk. As a financial services business, our direct exposure through our own workforce and supply chain is comparatively low.

Our Irish subsidiary, Rev&U Europe Limited, is assessed as presenting a similarly low inherent risk: staff there are engaged in professional, skilled roles, and no supply chain activity is routed through the Irish operation. We recognise that agency-supplied or outsourced roles, such as cleaning or facilities services, carry a comparatively higher inherent risk, and we would apply enhanced attention to these areas if and when a formal risk assessment process is introduced.

Building Awareness Going Forward

As noted above, staff training on modern slavery is not yet in place but is planned for the next financial year. During the reporting period, we did not identify any substantiated instances of modern slavery or human trafficking within our own operations or supply chains. We intend to review the effectiveness of our approach annually as our policies and processes develop.
