Supporting gender equality across UK businesses, 365 Finance has launched its latest #SheLeads campaign while the SME funder’s in-house Digital Marketing Manager, Hannah Hunt, collects ‘Advocate of the Year’ at the Women in Credit Awards.
This year’s #SheLeads initiative draws inspiration from the groundbreaking Women-Led High-Growth Enterprise Taskforce report and the comprehensive Gender Index Report 2024. #SheLeads continues to be a beacon for women in entrepreneurship, showcasing the journeys of exceptional female business owners who are breaking barriers and setting new standards in their industries.
Currently, women-led high-growth businesses make up only 18% of all high-growth enterprises. 365 Finance’s #SheLeads campaign aligns with the government’s ambitious goal to increase female entrepreneurship by half by 2030, recognising the pivotal role of women entrepreneurs in the UK’s journey to becoming a tech superpower.
The driving force behind #SheLeads at 365 Finance, Hannah Hunt, collected a prestigious award earlier this month, at the Women in Credit Awards, in recognition of her dedication to helping promote a more inclusive entrepreneurial ecosystem that unlocks the full potential of women-led high-growth enterprises.

In addition, according to 365 Finance data, the percentage of female business owners applying for revenue-based finance* was at its highest for this year so far, in the month of May, at 26%.
