Terms and Conditions

Promoter: 365 Business Finance Ltd (t/a 365 Finance), 16 Great Queen Street, London WC2B 5AH.
Promotion Period: Applications must be submitted between 4 November 2025 and 12 December 2025 (inclusive). Funding must be approved and completed by 11:59 pm on 19 December 2025.
Eligibility: Open to UK-based businesses trading for at least 6 months and processing a minimum of £10,000 in monthly card sales. Only businesses approved and funded within the Promotion Period will be entered into the draw. One entry per funded business.
Funding amount: Funding available from £10,000 to £500,000, subject to approval and underwriting criteria.
Prize: One (1) winner will receive a £250 Virgin Experience Voucher.
Winner selection: The winner will be selected at random on 22 December 2025 and notified by email or phone within 5 working days.
General: The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. If the winner cannot be contacted within 5 working days, another winner may be selected. 365 Finance reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion at any time. The promoter’s decision is final.
