Meet the Team

After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, Andrew worked in wealth advisory, asset management and hedge funds. He co-founded 365 Finance and serves as Executive Vice Chairman. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking and skiing.

Warren is a Chartered Accountant who started his financial career as an audit clerk for KPMG in 2009. He was later the CFO for OracleMed Health before moving to Bayport Financial Services in 2014, in charge of Business Strategy: Acquisition and Retention. He later held the position of CFO for Bayport’s operations in both Colombia and Latin America. He has extensive lending experience in competitive markets across multiple continents and joined 365 Finance as Chief Commercial Officer, before being appointed CEO in 2024, to drive product innovation, strengthen embedded finance partnerships and sustainably scale the business into new markets.

After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, Raf worked in Asset Management before joining 365 Finance in 2013 to run finance and operations. In his spare time, he enjoys football, cricket and travelling.

With 35+ years within Financial Services, specifically Card Payments & Associated Services the past 15 years, Chris leads the Commercial Team at 365 Finance.

When not busy with family (4 grandchildren) Chris can be found touring in his Motorhome.

Working for over 8 years at 365 Finance, Anthony is one of the team heads for the underwriting team. In his free time he loves to travel, and enjoys anything relating to motorsport.

With over 23 years of IT experience after graduating as an Electronics & Communications Engineer, Joe heads technology at 365 Finance. In his free time he enjoys reading, gardening and music.

With over 20 years’ experience in commercial litigation, Vickie joined 365 Finance in 2023 as Head of Legal from her previous longstanding role as Director at a top 50 national law firm. When Vickie is not running around after her 5-year-old twins, she loves cooking and hosting family and friends.

One of the first employees at 365 Finance, Nathan is the Director of Growth. His focus is on international expansion, new revenue streams and building go-to-market sales teams. Outside of his professional life, Nathan enjoys long-distance running, taking on marathons, ultras, and multi-day runs.

Jagriti leads credit strategy and data science at 365 Finance, bringing expertise from McKinsey’s Risk Management practice, where she advised European banks on risk frameworks, and Virgin Money, where she served as Head of Strategy for Model Risk. At Virgin Money, she oversaw regulatory and IFRS9 model development and led a transformation of data management and reporting practices. With an Electrical Engineering background, she combines technical rigor with strategic risk management. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her cat, exploring new music, and trying new sports and activities.

One of the longest serving employees at 365 Finance, Matt is the Sales Director. His key focus is sales strategy and implementation, customer journey and revenue generation. He is also part of the executive committee. Outside of the office, Matt enjoys football, rugby and cooking alongside spending time with family and friends.

Originally from New Zealand, Stu’s been with 365 Finance for 7 years and held senior roles in sales and renewals. In the little free time he gets (thanks to his toddler) Stu enjoys going to gym and watching sport but above all sleep.

After graduating with a Masters from The London School of Economics and Political Science, Flutra joined 365 Finance and heads the Customer Retention team. With 90% of our clients going on to renew their funding, Flutra is responsible for managing the smooth and efficient running of this funding process. In her spare time, Flutra enjoys home baking, dining out and exploring new places.

Chris heads up email strategy and automation, analysing data and metrics to develop effective lead nurture and repeat business campaigns. He also works closely with Partnerships on coordinating joint marketing initiatives with key partners. In his spare time Chris is an avid film buff and enjoys immersive events.

Greg is a Charted Accountant with a background in credit risk, and joined 365 in 2023. In his spare time he is an avid Arsenal supporter and regularly attends matches at the Emirates.

Hayley is an experienced HR leader with a track record of building and scaling people functions in fast-growth businesses. With a background spanning fintech, retail, and SaaS, she specialises in designing people strategies that enable commercial growth, support international teams.

At 365 Finance, Hayley is focused on creating a high-impact HR function that balances operational excellence with an engaging employee experience.

Outside of work, you’ll find Hayley at live music gigs, on a yoga mat, or wandering through the woods with her two dogs.

With a wealth of experience spanning six years in the financial services industry, Ramiel is a seasoned Sales Manager within the funding team. Beyond his professional pursuits, Ramiel’s heart lies in spending quality time with family and friends, engaging in sports, and passionately supporting his favourite football club, Arsenal FC.

Harry has over 6 years in customer focused sales roles and has been part of the 365 Finance sales team for over 4 years.  In his spare time enjoys playing golf and football as well as traveling around the world.

After graduating with a degree in engineering from Warwick University, Hossain joined the 365 Finance team, and is now a Senior Funding Manager. Hossain has always been interested in sales from an early age. In his spare time, he loves to run and play table tennis.

Will graduated from university in Bristol. Since then, he has 7 years sales experience, working across a number of different industries. He enjoys watching and playing sports, being social with friends and watching films.

Fred is one of our Funding Advisors in the sales team and has been with the company since 2022. Outside of work Fred will either be enjoying time with friends and family or on the golf course.

Daiana joined 365 Business Finance in 2024, equipped with a degree from Durham and a Master’s from UCL. With previous MCA fintech experience, she combines strong academic foundations with a sharp commercial mindset. Known for consistently exceeding KPIs and building lasting client relationships, Daiana thrives in fast-paced, high-performing teams. Outside of work, she loves to travel –  her most recent adventure was backpacking through Southeast Asia – and she keeps active with regular reformer Pilates sessions.

Fisayo has experience in communication design and customer focused roles within diverse sectors. In her spare time, Fisayo enjoys socialising with family & friends, travelling, and exploring new places.

Originally from the sunny state of Florida, Hannah is a marketing manager who spearheads our social and content strategy. When not crafting compelling campaigns, she can be found immersing herself in London’s art scene or sampling the city’s culinary offerings.
